How to access the email?
- Open www SBCGlobal com link on your computer browser.
- Add email address and password in the fields given.
- You will find envelope icon on the home screen once you log in. Start reading mails thereafter.
Process of signing out of the account
- To log-out of the account, click on the top right corner of the screen where gear icon is given. If you find no gear icon, click ‘Profile photo’.
- Click to open ‘Drop-down’ menu.
Important: Another amazing feature of SBCGlobal email account is that your account will auto-logout after it reports no activity from the last 5 minutes.
How to manage the email account?
You can manage your account username and password anytime by clicking on ‘Preferences’ menu. To delete the current username and add a new username, click on ‘Manage’ email option.

- Tap ‘My profile’.
- Click ‘Add a new account’.
- Enter the information asked in the next couple of fields.
How to delete an account?
- Go to account settings and click ‘Account’.
